Personal Hana Card Members (Principal Card Holders)

  • Corporate customers are asked to contact the call center or visit a Hana Bank
    branch.
  • However, SMS request for a family card can only be done by visiting
    a Hana Bank branch or by contacting the Customer Service Center
    (1544-3500).

Cumulative usage amount is the total sum of unsettled domestic and overseas full payment/installment and short-term card loan (cash service) transactions (including family card usage amount). If you do not want cumulative usage amount to be transmitted, please request registration of cumulative usage amount transmission exclusion via homepage, ARS, or customer center.
