  For any inquiries and requests related to using your GLOBAL CARD,
  our customer representatives will always be there ready to serve.

• Monthly statements are provided in English with details of card usage.
• Text messages in English are sent to your mobile phone every time the card is used to help prevent fraud.
• Overseas merchant acceptance and ATM access all over the world.
  • One GLOBAL card can function as a credit and cash card, allowing you to freely withdraw money in domestic and foreign currency providing you designate your account as your settlement account.
  • If there's a VISA or PLUS mark, you can withdraw up to USD 50,000 per year from your account.
    (including overseas purchases)
    Here USD 50,000 a year indicates the limit of overseas card use including withdrawing cash in accordance with the Foreign Exchange Transactions Act.
  • Please NOTE : To withdraw cash or use your credit card overseas, the cardholder must have a foreign exchange transaction account.

  In accordance with the Foreign Exchange Transactions Act passed by the Korean government,
  amended and effective as of June 2nd, 2008, foreign residents should register with one foreign exchange bank to make their
  foreign exchange transactions in order to ensure such transactions do not exceed the foreign exchange limit.
  Up to a maximum of USD 50,000 (including overseas card use) may be used to make foreign exchange transactions per year.
  If you intend to transfer your salary and will exceed the aforementioned quotas, then you will be required to submit proof of
  your earnings.

  You may only use credit cards overseas which are issued by the foreign exchange bank with which you are registered.

SKYPASS Mileage Reward Program

• The Skypass Korean Air Mileage program is offered which allows users to earn 1 mile per every KRW2,000 that is spent.

  If earning Airline miles is your desired choice, choose SKYPASS TYPE when applying for the Global Card.

Hana Card Yes Points Rewards Program

• Earn 5 Yes points per each KRW1,000 that is spent.
  Easily redeem three points with our "Cash Back service" and have points directly paid in cash to your settlement account.

  If earning Yes Points is your desired choice, choose Yes Point TYPE when applying for the Global Card.

• Once more than 10,000 Yes points are accrued, receive payment in the form of cashback, credited to your settlement
  account in denominations of 1,000 points only.
  To receive Yes points in cash, contact our Customer Center at 1588-3200.
  Points are not accrued on cash advances or card loans.

Preferred Foreign Currency Exchange Rate

Present the Global card at any branch desk and get 30% off the exchange rate fee when
transferring money overseas or exchanging currencies.

Overseas Transfer Service Fee: 30% discount

By presenting your Global card at any branch desk, you can get a 30% discount on overseas transfer fees.

Get 10% off Starbucks and Pascucci Coffee in Korea

With Global CARD, Starbucks and Pascucci coffee drinks are discounted 10% every month.
(Only applicable to your first purchase of the month up to KRW5,000)

Gas Discount up to KRW50/ℓ at GS Caltex gas stations

• The discount amount is KRW40/ℓ from Monday to Saturday and KRW50/ℓ on Sunday when you spent over
  KRW50,000 in the previous month with your GLOBAL card.
  Service conditions
  • Discount applies when a minimum of 300,000 won in card charges are made the previous month.
  • Base period: Amount charged the previous month including lump-sum and installment payments.
    Charges made at gas stations do not apply.
  • New cardholders receive the discount for the first two months of membership even when card spending during
    previous month was less than 300,000 won.
    (Note: "first month" refers to the month card is activated.)
  • Discounts are not available in combination with another company’s card, a telecom provider’s card, or other discounts.
    This discount will be seen on your billing statement as the purchase amount reduced.

Free or discounted admission to Korea’s favorite amusement parks.

• Only transactions which are of KRW100,000 or less are eligible for discounts.
  Only two purchases per day are eligible for discounts.
  The maximum amount which can be awarded per month is KRW250,000.
• The amount of litres used is based upon the amount spent on fuel with your GLOBAL card and the official
  price per litre quoted per month by the particular gas station you used.
  The discount will then be applied based upon which discount category you fall into for the month.
• The gasoline price is applied to diesel purchases. L.P.G. purchases are not discounted.

Discounts at Amusement Parks

KRW1,000 off Mobile Phone bill for the first 12 months if you set up your bill to be paid automatically. When mobile phone
bill is paid using the Global card, receive a discount of KRW1,000 for the first 12 mths.
